Publish and auto-run a windows form

I have a small one-form Windows Form app and I would like that, after publishing it, such an app runs automatically every time the PC is turned on or restarted. I see that the Publish tool adds it to the Start Menu and optionally as an icon in the desktop. Is it possible to make it run the way I need?

There are most likely two ways to accomplish this VIA a windows service or via a schedule task. A windows service you can create using .NET and a schedule task via control panel in XP.
