Ok, in the past I always used my Front Page Extensions to launch my compiled web applications to production. I liked it mainly because it had this easy to use interface that let me launch "only the Files necessary to run the site" and not everything in my development folder.
I no longer have that luxury.
So, Other than my Bin folder and my .aspx files, are there any other files that should be pushed to the production location to make a web app work? I have a Web service as part of the project how do I get it available for use? What about my controls do they need to be pushed and if so is it just the .ascx files or do I need to push the .ascx.vb files also?
I've tried looking this up on the web but I get garbage (lots of ads) and not distinct list of files types. Does a list even exist?
