Process PPT file in a Windows App

I don't know if this is the correct area, but here goes...

I have a directory w/ powerpoint files in it.
I want to process each file.
Once I open the file I need to place every 3 slides on a page.
Close the ppt file.

Convert to pdf after the file has been altered.

All help is appreciated.
