Problem with datagridviewcheckboxcolumn

hi all
when i bind the datagridview with the datatable , i could nt check the checkbox which is in datagridviewcheckboxcolumn.Plz say me the solution as soon as possible

Is the DataTable column it's bound to type Boolean? Is the grid column read-only? Is there any code that would changing the value back again?
