Problem in updatin data

hi,

i got a parent-child list in my dataform.. basically when i load the data, it works fine.. but the problem lies in the editing or updatin..

when i edit, or fill in an empty textbox in runtime, and then i click UPDATE.. it all disappears.. it seems like, it will only update the parent list, not the child list.. why is this so? how do i solve?
