Printer Spooling time for any file

I am facing problem in deleting the file after printing.
This is what am doing.

1. I have to copy pdf to the common location.
2. Then PDF Processing.
3. Then Printing.
4. Last Delete the file.
- I could not delete if the file is in printer spooling.
- I am putting the thread to sleep for 30 seconds. For small files it is working not for big files.
what is the exact time to delete

You could query WMI class Win32_PrintJob and try to identify the job, then probably check StatusMask property.
