Question permissions problem accessing remote website in vs2008

Hello,
I have a home server with an installation of DotNetNuke installed. I want to be able to access this by opening a remote website in VS 2008.

At first it said i needed front page extensions, which i installed. It now says i don't have permission to access it.

How do i sort this?
