PDF Converter

Hey guys, anyone know of a reliable PDF tool? I'm looking to take an open range of file types and convert them to .PDF. We already have one component that will convert HTML to PDF so that will handle all image types. But we are now being asked to handle .DOC/X. I see a lot of really expensive tools out there, anyone know of anything reasonably priced?

I would check the internet for open source projects and do some research but I have heard PDFForge.org is a good open source PDF Project. I have always had the luxury of having the Adobe suite of products so just used that let me know if PDF Creator works for you.
