I am currently modifying a program to be able to drag panels up and down a stack. The stack consist of 5 panels within a large panel and I need to be able to for example move the bottom panel to the top and the remaining four panels should shift downward. This program is a test program I was doing and Im at a standpoint. I can move all panels but I cannot make them shift downward once I take one panel out. Can someone PLEASE help me.
