Outlook add-in

Hi evereyone, I'm trying to develop an add-in for Outlook that saves thes

selected message in the inbox folder (or another folder) to another specified

directory in the disk.

I've already created the toolbar button but I don't know how to catch the

selected message and save it

thanx in advance

PS: I'm working in Visual Studio 2005
