Question Oracle BI Publisher

i'm not really sure if this is applicable here or if this is the right thread but has anyone tried this combination?

i'm trying to look for ways where i can use my VB.Net Form Application to call a report created in Oracle BI Publisher.

if not Oracle BI Publisher, then perhaps JasperReports? has anyone tried VB.Net Forms with JasperReports?
