Is there a way to limit only one user to be logged in an ASP.NET web application?

Using this article "Prevent simulteneous logons to a website"

I change its strConCat to only a fixed string. In this way, it will prevent simultenenous logons to a website, as well as making sure that there will only be one logged user at a time.
