Ocx ?

How is the OCX file be created from Visual studio 2005?

I am trying to create it with Visual Basic --> Windows Control Library. Is it correct?
But on building no OCX is created.
I am trying to take a vb.Net form into my erp application, Hoping that OCX is the only solution to load VB.Net form into it.
An OCX within which holding a form when registered within my application should open this vb.Net form.

I am a beginner in VB.Net, Please clarify my views and provide me a solution.
