No-touch with Basic authentication

Hi, I have developed an application in VB.net and I plan to deploy it through no-touch deployement. I am having a funny error. When i go to the URL for the exe file it pops up the windows log in box as it should. After I enter the user name and password, it accepts it but comes back with the same log in box again. When i enter it the second time, it just accepts it and loads the application. EVery time I try, it asks for the user name and password twice. I would really appreciate if someone could suggest a solution. I am using windows 2003 server with basic authentication.
