New forum'ware

Hello all,

I updated the forums from vBulletin 3.x to the new 4.x. I will be updating the theme but you can use the forums while I'm doing the design work.

Looks like vBulletin has a few bugs to work out!!! "My Profile" doesn't seem to be working. I'll continue to investigate a fix.
