.NET Framework 3.0 help

I just installed the 3.0 redist package and my VS 2005 still shows I'm using Framework 2.0. How do I get it to use 3.0?

.Net 3.0 is really for the next version of Visual Studio (Orcas), for VS2005 you need extensions and Windows SDK.
