Need Help with Multi-Selection from an API

I'm having trouble finding a way to select multiple records from an API I am working with. This is a data access API to extract data from a 3rd party software program. I will explain what I have and paste some code below. I amusing VB.NET 2005. For my selections I'm using a listbox called "lstSavedRecords".

From the API call I get multiple saved records (events) for a specific client which each have an Event ID. But with my current code I can only get information or "Saved Data" from a single Event. I would like to be able to select all Events for a given client rather than just one at a time. So I was hoping to use the ListBox and multi-selection mode to do this, but I can't find a way to do it. I wouldn't mind doing this even without a listbox, as long as I have all events select and so I can then display all saved data in the datagrid. Below is the current code I'm using:
