Question Need Help to Link with access

I want to connect my access database to my visual basic forms,so i can add records to my database from my vb interface textboxes....i am not sure how to link,can sum1 help me with that...i am quite new to vb.net

i ve read bout the ado.net,dao and oleDb but the examples are all hard to ustand,and i am using Visual Studio 2008
