Need Help For Crystal Report

can anyone please help me how to make a crystal report for my project program. here's my program.. im a 3rd year HighSchool Student and my professor gave us a project and he included crystal report but he never discussed the crystal report.. so please programming experts help me with my problem. i attached my project here... its a database management system..im using VB.NET 2003. my backend is MS Access.. thank you so much.. please help me to make a crystal report about my program.. about the order form.. thank you
