muliple sql statements

is it possible to execute an insert statement in twho different tables with different parameters? how? can someone give me codes.. also, is it possible to do query data while im doing the insert statement? or am i going to close the connection first before i can query? thanks.. please respond..

the answers to all your question is yes ... means you can insert in two different tables at ones as well as you can select and insert data without to close the existing connection. And for the code, i guess i have no time enough for that. Sorry.
