msdatgrd.ocx error

Our main program gets a weird bug in vista only...

Upon looking further we found it has something to do with the msdatgrd.ocx
we are using version 6.1.9782 is their a newer version or is this one known to have problems with vista?

Okay we tracked it down that if you hit the middle enter key the program quits.
