Hi, i recently followed this tutorial on how to give a windowless form a transparent png background

The code works fine however when I added the window and moved the form, the background would stay static and not an actual see through image anymore.
Is thier a known way to overcome this problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Dan
