Question Mouse click on Com App

Hi

How would I be able to detect a mouse clicking on MS Mappoint opened from a Form using COM

I know about events on Buttons on the form, but how about events not on the Form, but on my COM App and then executing in the Forms code.

Also how could I enable and disable it so it only triggers when I use a certain peace of code in Form
