Most efficient/effective way to print

Hi there,

In the program i want the user to be able to print a button and it prints their settings and the results from a query,but i want it to look nice with a header/footer etc.

What would be the best way to do this.

The two ways i can think of doing this:

RTF document, creating the document in word and saving it as an rtf and copying the code of the rtf with the bits i need to insert.

Web document, creating a html page with the appropriate spaces.

Is there a better way?

Which way should i do it?
