monitoring email acc.

Hi,

How can I write a windows service that monitors an email account and send msmsq msg if new email is rcvd.

I have some clues about the msmq part, but no idea at all about the first part.
Pls give me any clue about how can I make such windows service

you should query the pop server try searching Sourceforge.org for the project openpop this is an .net dll which has the fuynctionallity of connecting to any pop server and retrieve the messages.
