We are trying to convert our .net application to Windows 10. During conversion, we are getting an exception for "Microsoft.VisualBasic.Vsa.VsaEngine". We understand that this dll or class "Microsoft.VisualBasic.Vsa.VsaEngine" has been deprecated. We need to know the alternate way to proceed and overcome the current error.

Have you done that? What did you find and what issues are you still having? Given that the documentation also says this:

there will be no replacement for this feature

It would appear that things have likely changed significantly to achieve the same result. That means that we can't tell you how to achieve any result without knowing what result you're trying to achieve and how you're currently achieving it.
