MCAD with 2005?

Hi all,

I'm aiming to become MCAD certified and I understand that this uses .net v1 but I only have Visual Studio 2005 to work with, which uses .net v2.

Does anyone (that has taken/passed the MCAD) know if it's possible to pass the MCAD with VS 2005 or will I get problem after problem?

I'm a php programmer, so I'm learning everything from scratch.
