making setup file

how i can make the setup file of application that is made in VB.net
basically i want to run first setup of that application and then run on computer... pleas ehelp me

I've never used VS.NET 2002 but I assume that it's the same as 2003 in this regard, so you have to add a setup project to your solution.

This is a deployment issue so let's move it to the deployment forum.
