Question make db app???

i am new here and i have a problem.i want some help on making a database in access with a table and some info. like name, surname,age and i like to make a form with vb.net with 3 textbox for appearing name,surname,age and 3 buttons one to add new,the second to delete and last one to search
can smb help me with codes

You don't need code for the database...you can to all that from within Access itself.

What is the difficulty you are having with the form. Just opening a new project will, by default, give you form1 to which you can add whatever you want from the toolbox.
