machine debug manager service disabled

Hi,

When I try to run VS.NET applications, i get an error that the Machine Debug Manager service is disabled. I'm running VS.NET 2003 Academic Edition on Windows 2000. Can anyone help me with this problem. I really need help solving this problem. Thanks.

Control Panel -> Administrative Tools -> Services, enable the Machine Debug Manager service.
