Before I begin let me just say that I am a complete beginner when it comes to programming. I have read a few beginner books, but it's very hard for me to grasp the material. However, I am in need of some programming help (VB.Net Code) I am looking to lock down/hide my files and folder but have not been able to create a program that does this successfully. I ask that you all please help me with this, because this will help me to better understand the correct process of programming. Also, if you could list some recommended reading material that has help you before in the past that would be very thoughtful. I thank you all for your replies, and have a wonderful blessed day...
