localization in vb.net application........

hi friends...

i am working on a application which have many form and user controls.
i want ti implement localization on that application.
so for that what should i follows.
if i used satelite assemblies in that case i need to create all langauage's .resx file and in this case i have to handle many resources file as how many i have form and user controls.

so please give me a proper solution for that....please send me a solution as very soon as possible.....
