I want to load the master file code into temporary memory first, and then compare all the text file(Text file can either 1 file or up to 10 files). Finally, Wirte to a store.csv file. Anyone can help me? Thanks in advance.

Are you stuck with CSV? Xml is far better, and typed, and is as easy (if not easier) to produce. Create a datatable with 11 columns (StoreCode, T1, T2, T3...), load the data from the text files (which is as simple as reading all lines and Split()ting them), and DataTable.WriteXml it.

In any case what you are asking is pretty basic, any 5 minutes tutorial from google will get you started.

What part specifically are you having trouble with?

It looks like you have four main parts to your task:

1. Read all the data into memory.
2. Parse the data.
3. Combine the data.
4. Write the combined data to a CSV file.
