load northwind.mdb into Visual studio

I am new at this
I have northwind.mdb in program files\Microsoft Office\OFFICE11\Samples
I have Visual Studio

Is it possible to load northwind.mdb into visual studio?
If so how?

what do you mean load???
you can use it in your applications. if you want to see it you can create new access connection in server exporer. Click create new connection, select Microsoft Jet ... as provider and browse the database.

also the VS IDE can access and use it too
