Question ISO 8583 Implementation

Hello All,

Pls I am new to VB.NET. I need someone to help me out with ebooks on implementing ISO 8583 messages in VB.NET. I will also be glad if anyone can oblige me with finished projects written in VB.NET on this subject. Or if someone can take me through the steps/procedures needed to implement ISO 8583 messages in VB.NET. Pls your help is urgently required.
