Installation error

I just created an exec using the INNO setup program. I got this installation program off the web. The build went ok. The application installed ok. Clicking on the icon to start works ok and shows the splash page. BUt when I click on the first button on the splash page, an error came up " frmHeading. Autoscale does not exist in the App Settings configueration section".

When I create an installer using the Visual Studio built in installation program and creates an installer. It works.
