insert problem with two component key

Hi,

I have two tables T1 and T2, and non defining relationship
on second i must have two component key,

from T1 i have descriptor on T2,
first part of key is T1 PK, and second part is number from 0..inifinity

could sb give piece of how to implement DDL and insertion into table.

example:

1,1
1,2
1,3
2,1
2,2
