Insert Object Dialog Box in VB.Net

I need to insert different objects to my richtextbox control.
I'd like doing this like in Ms Word, WordPad or so ..using Insert Object Dialog Box.
How can I use Insert Object Dialog Box in VB.Net?
I want to call this dialog on button click.

I would assume that that is something that the developers of those applications have created for those applications. I looked through the list of COM components on my machine and there was nothing that looked like it corresponded to that dialogue. If you want to do something similar then you'd have to create it yourself I think.
