Question include Photoshop tools into application?

Hi All,
I am developing a Identity card generator software for school students. In that software I want to include Photoshop features that will Proccess my Images. I need help to do that.

When you say that you want to include "Photoshop features", do you actually mean just image editing features that resemble those in Photoshop, or are you really talking about using Photoshop to perform the processing?
