Question Importing cookcomputing xml-rpc into project?

Hey there,
I am trying everything under the sun to import the xml-rpc dll that I've downloaded into my projection. I've tried copying BOTH dll's into EVERY folder of my VB.NET project, I also tried copying it into the C:\Windows\assembly folder.

I don't know what do, I also googled but still I can't figure it out...

Framework is also updated afaik.
