implement an RSS feed?

Is there a way to implement an RSS feed, into VB as thats recommended?

implement?? could mean a lot.
recommended? depends on context. and by who.
perhaps "include"? still ambiguous.
display maybe? see this post

Sorry for being vauge, wanted to add an RSS Feed into a form, say like the bbc news feed http://newsrss.bbc.co.uk/rss/newsonline_uk_edition/world/rss.xml
And have it show it
