Image Conversion From TIFF/JPG to PDF/Multi-Page TIFF

I currently have an application that uses a solutions developed by Leadtools that allows me to convert TIFF and JPG files into PDF and Multi-Page TIFF format. I was wondering if there was similar capabilities in VS 2.0 using GDI+ that could allow me to do this because we are trying to get away from using this solution now wherever we can. I have all of the logic I am just looking for ways, if they exist to convert TIFF/JPG files to PDF and MP TIFF as quickly and efficiently as possible. If this is not the case I am going to try to post something else on how I can make this application faster using threading. But getting away from using the lead tools solutions for PDF and Multi-Page TIFF conversion is my main goal right now.

Multipage TIFFs see for instance http://www.bobpowell.net/generating_multipage_tiffs.htm and http://www.bobpowell.net/addframes.htm

For PDF printing there is for example this iTextSharp library (I just found it myself and haven't tested it yet) http://sourceforge.net/projects/itextsharp
There is also a VB.Net tutorial in the Files section.

Thanks for the links seems to be helpful at first sight have not yet had the time to try to implement anything but ill keep you posted.
