iis installation

i have installed iis on my pc after i have installed vs.net 2005.

You mean you have installed IIS after .Net Framework was installed and now IIS doesn't detect .Net? Running the Framework tool 'aspnet_regiis.exe' might help you.

got Windir\Microsoft.NET\FramerWork\Vxxxxxx\ then run ASPNET_REGIIS -IR and then try to create ASP.net Application. i hope this is what JohnH means.
