I need to add in videos!!!

I am creating a project for school and I don't know how to add in a video. I need to add this into my project, but my teacher does not know how. Everyone I have asked cannot help me, so I am hoping someone here can tell me what I need to do. How I need it done is so it opens up (if possible playing in a label I have on the form) after a button is clicked.
