I'm looking to make a program that will redirect all http traffic to a certain address (e.g www.site.com/text.txt) to a different site (e.g www.site2.com/text.txt) or a .txt file on my computer. How hard would this be and how would I go about doing it.

I'm actually looking for a solution to this too. I've determined that what is needed for this is most likely a "proxy" which you can learn about here. I have yet to find a decent working tutorial on how to create one with vb.net so that I can change the request to different locations (and direct the response). If I find one (if it's in C# I'll convert it) I'll post here.
