How would you embed an excel table

I am renovating my fathers business plan program, and changing it from excel to visual basic.net. Is there a way to embed some excel tables in a form though, or a simple way to recreate a table?

You can use the DataGridView component and use a SQL Database...

is there a tool i could get that has a table that you can edit? like an excel tool that you can just drag onto your form from the toolbox or something?
