How to Upload File in ASP.NET - File/Dir Lis Box Control in ASP.NET ?

In Image Galary Project,

On click of button i want to Show File/Dir List Box Control in ASP.NET ,
so i can select file from List,

so how to do that ?,

i there any control in asp.net ?
will FileSystemWatcher class will work ?,
