How to update an existing image field?

Please, I need help updating images in sql server.

Does anyone have updated an existing image field in SQL server using VB.Net?

I have days looking for some idea or some code to help me do that, but can only find how to insert and retrieve images data, but not to update.

Please, does anyone know of anything?
