How to read Current Available Memory?

How to read Current Available Memory State/Level? I found a batterystate reading can be done from a class from the windowsmobile6 sdk, but I don't see a way to read available memory. Is there a registry setting that is available for it, possibly? And btw, I'm not talking about disk space, but referring to physical (and optionally virtual) ram available... Any help would be appreciated...
