I want to print the new data entered in each n every tim according to duty slip number generated please do help me on this

When you say "print", do you actually mean "print", as in on a piece of paper in a printer? If so then you will use a PrintDocument object. I suggest that you start by searching for information and examples on that. If you then have a specific question about printing your data, you can ask that.
